Shipping Policy

We ship discreetly, quickly, and with temperature-controlled packaging. Every order includes tracking end-to-end.
1. Processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders ship on the next business day.
2. Carriers and transit time
- EU: DHL Express — typically 1–3 business days.
- UK & Switzerland: DHL Express — typically 2–4 business days.
- Rest of world: DHL Express — typically 3–6 business days, depending on customs.
Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping costs
- Flat-rate express shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders over €300 within our standard service area.
4. Cold-chain packaging
Peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs where required to preserve integrity in transit. Upon delivery, refrigerate lyophilized vials at 2–8 °C or store below −20 °C for long-term storage.
5. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also see the tracking number in your order confirmation email and account.
6. Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. We declare shipments accurately as research chemicals.
7. Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
8. Lost or delayed shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed or the tracking has not updated for 5+ business days, contact info@alveonbio.com. We will open a carrier investigation and arrange a reship or refund where a shipment is confirmed lost.
9. Restricted destinations
We do not ship to jurisdictions where the import or possession of research chemicals is restricted. Orders to such destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
